Artichoke Pie

2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and diced
¾ lb. mozzarella cut into ½ inch cubes
5 eggs
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ cup grated parmesan or cheddar
Beat eggs and add rest of ingredients.
Pour into pie shell or baking dish without pie shell.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until done.
