fresh or frozen broccoli, cooked (two or three bunches)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup mayonnaise
small jar minced pimientos
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup grated sharp cheddar
Cheez-It crackers
Place broccoli in casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients except crackers and pour over broccoli. Top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350 until casserole is bubbling.
