16 oz cream cheese
1 8½ oz can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups chopped pecans, divided
¼ cup chopped green pepper
2 T chopped onion
1 T seasoned salt
Soften cream cheese. Carefully stir in pineapple, one cup of pecans, green pepper, onion, and salt. Chill well and then shape. Roll in one cup pecans.
