Caramel Dip and Apples

12-oz pkg butterscotch morsels
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 T white vinegar

Heat until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth. Serve with apple slices spritzed with lemon juice to prevent browning.
