Black Bean Salsa

1 can black eyed peas, drained
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 large bell pepper, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. garlic salt
½ tsp. parsley flakes
8 oz. bottle Italian dressing

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate at least 12 hours. Serve with Frito scoops or tortilla chips.
