CHOCOLATE COBBLER
Mix batter:
1 c. self-rising flour
½ c. milk
¾ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ½ Tbs. cocoa
Mix topping:
1 c. sugar
¼ c. cocoa
Melt 1 stick butter in a 1 quart
casserole dish.
Pour batter over melted butter; DO NOT STIR.
Mix
together the sugar and cocoa and sprinkle over batter; DO NOT STIR.
Pour 1 ½ cups boiling
water over top. DO NOT STIR.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
