1 8-oz cream cheese
1 8-oz sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 lbs seedless red grapes
2 lbs seedless green grapes
3 T brown sugar
3 T chopped pecans
In a large mixing bowl, beat the first four ingredients until blended. Add grapes and toss to coat. Transfer to serving bowl; cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans. Serves 21-24.
