Broccoli Salad

3 bunches broccoli
2 cups mayonnaise
½ cup sugar
¼ cup vinegar
½ cup chopped pecans
1 lb. bacon

Wash broccoli and cut into bite size pieces. Blend mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar and refrigerate for ten minutes or longer. Cook and crumble bacon. Combine broccoli, bacon, and pecans. Toss with dressing.

Note: Most recipes call for raisins and chopped onion. We don't care for either so this is our preferred version.
