Ann's Spiced Pecans

1 egg white beaten

Mix together the following dry ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Stir 2 cups pecans into beaten egg white. Then stir in sugar mixture. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 275 for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes.
