20-30 oz. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated sharp cheddar
one can cream of celery soup
2 lightly beaten eggs
2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
2 T. melted butter
Mix first five ingredients. Top with Ritz and drizzle with butter. Bake for 35 minutes or until browned.
