3 14-oz cans tomatoes (whole or diced)
salt and pepper
1 stick unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan
Place tomatoes in baking dish. Season with salt and pepper and top with pats of butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan and broil 10-15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
