1 can green beans (15oz)
1 can yellow beans (wax)
1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 small green pepper (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp salt
½ cup salad oil
2/3 cup vinegar (white)
Drain beans – add other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
(As children, my cousins and I were so weirded out by this dish that we refused to even sit by it!)
