1 large bag hash browns
1 stick melted margarine
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
½ cup chopped onions
3 cups grated cheddar cheese
Reserve 1 cup of cheese for topping. Mix rest of ingredients and pour into 9x13 dish; top with remaining cup of cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
