3 jumbo eggs
½ cup sugar
1 cup white Karo syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla
¼ cup melted butter (half stick)
1 cup or more of chopped pecans
1 unbaked pie crust
Beat eggs. Stir in sugar and syrup. Add vanilla. Blend in melted butter and add nuts. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes; 350 for 25-30 minutes.
