6 oz Nestle’s butterscotch morsels
¼ cup margarine
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
½ tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350. Melt morsels and butter over hot water in double boiler. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar. Cool for five minutes and stir in eggs and vanilla. Sift together and stir in flour and baking powder. Stir in nuts. Spread in 9x13 pan and bake at for 25 minutes.
