Avocado & Grapefruit Salad with Williamsburg Lodge Honey Dressing

On individual salad plates, arrange:
Lettuce leaves
Slices of avocado
Grapefruit sections

Drizzle with Williamsburg Lodge Honey Dressing.
½ cup vinegar
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup honey
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion juice
1 cup vegetable oil

Mix the vinegar, sugar, honey, mustard, and paprika together, boil 3 minutes and cool. Add celery seed, celery salt, onion juice, and vegetable oil and beat or shake vigorously. Serve with any fresh or frozen fruit salad.
